MK12

Mk12 is an animation and graphic design studio in Kansas city...they do really incredible work! I just checked out their website, because I had previously only seen their motion graphics work (which is awesome) but their print work is also pretty amazing! its so colorful and full of vivid imagery! love it! 

James bond

even though new bond movie, was in my opinion, the worst yet, the website is pretty neat! check it out! I really enjoy the dynamic way the information comes onto the screen after the first page is loaded! Also MK12 did the intro to the movie...they are from kc (and they are awesome!)

most absurd thing ever..

apparently scientists from a brittish university found an uncracked duck egg containing three live minnows!! what on earth! How bizzar!

Mumbai Attack

During this time of thanksgiving I found myself being thankful for so many things, friends, family and though our economy may be in a recession, and petty crimes happen every day, our country which is for the most part a stable, safe (so to speak) place. I cannot imagion a place where people are persecuted for their religious and ideological beliefs, where rifts lead by radicals whose devote beliefs will stop at nothing to break the country apart, in order for their side to "win." I cannot fathom the feeling of terror someone living in a place like that would feel; to not feel safe in ones own home...terrifying. The Mumbai attack in India was simply terrifying. Its amazing to think that most of these attackers were young, probably younger than most of us, and had been so brainwashed as to think that they are doing good by killing. simply unfathomable.

oh my goodness the KU MU game was amazing! I have to say that it was one of the best games I have watched in a long time! Those guys played through so much pain and beat the odds! what a great finish to the regular season!
